Teresa is the founder and visionary behind Blush Aesthetics & Wellness. After working in other fields, she discovered her true passion—medical aesthetics—and became a certified Medical Assistant and Laser Professional. A licensed Aesthetician for 25 years, her commitment and dedication to her clients is what truly sets her apart. She is extremely enthusiastic about her clients’ health and beauty and her expertise provides them with unparalleled, natural-looking results. Teresa loves working with people and creating an inviting and relaxing environment for her clients and her staff.
She is a Licensed Laser Professional with the state of Texas, and is a fellow member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, as well as the American Association of Medical Assistants.
When away from Blush, Teresa enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
LUPE ORTEGA, CMA, CLO/A
Lupe is a genuine dynamo. As a licensed Aesthetician and certified Medical Assistant with over a decade of experience in the medical aesthetics field, she has an incredible eye for detail and a passion for client care. Lupe is a certified Laser Professional in the state of Texas and specializes in non-surgical age defying procedures such as photofacials, profractionals, microlaserpeels, hydrafacials and skincare. Her extensive training provides her with the skills to guide each client through the entirety of the process, from planning through treatment to post-procedure regimen. She is extremely enthusiastic about her clients’ health and beauty and her expertise provides them with unparalleled, natural-looking results.
Lupe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso. And she is a fellow member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and American Association of Medical Assistants.
Lupe keeps busy outside of Blush with her three children.
LEE ANN HASSELL, Aesthetician, Laser Technician
You can’t miss Leeann’s welcoming personality and bright smile! She has been involved in most every aspect of medical aesthetics for more than a decade. She brings to the table her experience in photofacials, chemical peels, oxygen facials, hydrafacials, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal. Leeann is a licensed aesthetician in the state of Texas and a Licensed Laser Technician with the State of Texas.
Away from Blush, Leeann is married to her high school sweetheart, and enjoys spending time with their dog Tanner, reading, and cooking.
MAGGIE GORDON, Laser Technician, Office Administrator
Maggie is our part-time staff member at blush, but puts in a full effort and dedication during her time here! She started out working administration, but has since acquired her laser certification, and now performs treatments including photofacial and laser hair removal. Maggie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin, and then completed her laser certifications at the Texas Laser Institute in Dallas.
When’s she not working, Maggie loves spending time with her husband and two kids.
HAPPY MUIGAI, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Happy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and recognized by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas-Arlington before becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a master’s degree from Baylor University. She is also a member of A4M, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Happy merges her love for people and science by practicing in the healthcare field. At Blush Aesthetics and Wellness, Happy cares for patients of all ages, and has a special interest in functional medical approaches to women’s health. She is an extremely hard-working and passionate member of our team, and truly lives up to her name.
Outside of the office, Happy is a devoted wife and mother of two active boys.
AMANDA CARLILE, MSN, APRN, NP-C
Amanda enjoyed Blush so much as a patient that she decided to become a staff member! She now shares her knowledge and expertise by caring for patients as our family Nurse Practitioner. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma, Amanda completed the accelerated nursing program at the University of Missouri before receiving her FNP from Baylor University in Dallas, Texas.
Amanda is an energetic addition to the team and combines her professional experience with her passion for health and beauty to provide patients with holistic care. She educates and cares for her patients as individuals, offering treatments and insight from health and beauty to skincare, fitness and wellness.
Outside of Blush, Amanda likes to travel, cook, workout, and spend time with her friends and her two dogs.
BECKY FELDT, Office Manager
Becky and Teresa Babb have worked together in years past and remained close friends—so when Teresa decided to open Blush, she knew exactly who would manage the office! Becky is a go-getter and a master of efficiency with close personal relationships with clients and co-workers alike. She has a contagious, caring attitude that is evident to everyone she welcomes as they walk through the door.
When away from Blush, Becky enjoys travelling with her college sweetheart hubby, and spending time with friends and family—especially their grandsons!
JILL WALLACE, Office Administrator
Jill’s sweet personality and friendly rapport with clients makes her an indispensable member of the Blush team. She is patient and thorough and has extensive experience in aesthetics offices. With a background in human resources, Jill understands the inner workings of a professional environment and applies her knowledge to ensure a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in our office. Her personable and friendly attitude radiates throughout the office and she is always ready to help.
Outside of Blush, Jill is a mom of three and enjoys crafts and travel.
